Integrations
Works with the tools you already use
Share a cut in Slack, Discord, Notion, ClickUp or Trello and it looks right: a preview of the frame, the version and what is left to fix. Updates reach your team's channel. No developer keys, no code.
Slack
Channel updates coming soon · previews work nowA review link pasted in Slack unfolds into a card: a frame of the cut, the file and version, its status and the open notes.
- The producer's channel sees which cut needs changes without opening it
- Channel updates through Add to Slack: new notes, approvals, new versions
How: Paste the link. Channel updates: Integrations → Add to Slack, pick the channel.
Discord
Post a project's news to a Discord channel with a webhook URL you copy from the channel settings. No bot to install.
- Your editor's Discord gets a message when the client approves
- A burst of notes arrives as one message, with a preview
- Team-only notes are never posted
How: Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → Copy Webhook URL, then paste it on the Integrations page.
Notion
Paste a review link into an Embed block and the cut plays inside the page, with its note pins and a button to the full review.
- The client brief plays the latest cut
- A production tracker with the cut on every row's page
How: Type /embed in Notion and paste the review link.
ClickUp and Trello
The link previews on a card or task, the player embeds where they take embed code, and the notes copy as a checklist that pastes as to-dos.
- The editor's task list in ClickUp, one task per note
- A Trello card per video with the cut on its cover
How: Paste the link, or Export → Copy notes as a checklist, then paste.
Websites, Coda and other builders
One iframe snippet, 16:9 and responsive, that fills the width of whatever it is pasted into. It keeps the link's password, expiry and download settings.
- A portfolio page shows the approved version
- An agency's client page with the cut and its notes
How: Share links → Embed copies the code. Paste it where the builder takes HTML.
iMessage, WhatsApp, X and email
Send the link the way you already talk to clients. Messages show it as a card; in an email it is a link that opens with no account.
- A client in WhatsApp sees the cut before they open it
- Every share link has a QR code for a call sheet or a screen at the shoot
How: Copy the link from Share and send it. QR sits beside it.
Also on every link
Small things that save a round trip
YouTube chapters
Copy the notes as chapters for the description: 00:00 first, 10 seconds apart, with a preview before you copy.
A checklist
“- [ ] 01:23 Note — Name” per note, which ClickUp, Trello and Notion turn into tasks when pasted.
QR codes
Made in your browser for every share link, to scan or download as a PNG.
oEmbed
Tools that read oEmbed turn a pasted review link into the player by themselves.
Private stays private
- A link with a password, or one that expired or was turned off, previews only as “Private review on post-prod.io”: no file name, no picture.
- An embedded password link asks for its password before it plays.
- Team-only notes are never counted, shown or posted.
- Webhook addresses stay on our server; the app only ever shows them masked.
