Your work stays yours

You keep every right to the videos, notes and anything else you put in post-prod.io. You give us permission to store, copy, process and show it only as needed to run post-prod.io for you and the people you share it with: making preview copies, lining up versions, running the checks you use, and sending the emails you asked for. That permission ends when you delete the content.

Your account and your team

• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• The workspace owner and admins decide who's on the team, who sees which project and who gets share links.
• Reviewers who open a share link can see what the link covers and leave notes. Whoever made the link is responsible for sending it to the right people.

What you can't do

• Upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal.
• Use post-prod.io to harass anyone, spread malware, or break into accounts or systems.
• Overload or attack the service, or get around its limits or access controls.

If you do, we may remove the content or suspend the account, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Plans and payment

• The free plan includes 10 GB of storage. Paid plans add storage; members are unlimited on every plan.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel in one click from Workspace settings; your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
• If you go over your storage, uploads pause until you free up space or change plan. We won't delete your files for being over.

AI features

Mistake checks, dictation tidying and clash-finding use AI. They're there to help, and they can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

The service

We work to keep post-prod.io running and your files safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your original files. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using post-prod.io and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut post-prod.io down, we'll give you at least 30 days to download your files.

Changes and contact
