Versions that stack, with notes that follow the cut
When a new cut comes in, the first question is what changed. Versions stack as V1, V2 and on, and the notes from the last round line up with the new cut even when the timing has moved.

Notes move to the new version by matching the audio, so a note still lands on the right moment after a trim earlier in the cut.
A summary of what was fixed
V2 gets a summary of what was fixed since the last round.
Side by side, wipe or difference
Play two versions next to each other, wipe between them, or switch to a difference view that shows what changed.
Approval per version
Each version has a status: In review, Needs changes or Approved.
